I Am Here for This
It’s easy to say yes to life when things are going the way I hoped. But what about the conversation I wish hadn’t happened? The feelings I’d rather avoid? The circumstance I keep thinking should be different?
Am I willing to be fully here for this part of my life too?
To me, that’s where being all-in becomes real. I can spend so much energy arguing inwardly with what has happened that I miss what is happening now.
I can’t unsay the words or undo the experience. I can acknowledge what is here, listen, make amends where needed, and take responsibility for my next expression.
And from where within myself will I do that?
When I remember who I am—a living Being with love, wisdom, and creative power available to express—I meet my life differently. I can feel what I feel and still stay open in a difficult conversation. I can bring something that helps life move.
Being fully engaged requires honesty, courage, and a willingness to respond. Sometimes that means taking action. Sometimes it means listening long enough to discover what is actually needed.
I am here for this. These relationships, these circumstances, this moment are where I get to give love practical expression. There’s something freeing in owning that. My life is happening now, and I have a part to play.

What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.
“Where in your life are you being called to be all-in?” Actually, I feel this call in every moment I have the privilege of being alive in form on Earth. There is never a moment when I am not fully aware of who I am and what I have come on Earth to do. And the challenging circumstances that come to me are simply great opportunities for learning how to function more effectively in letting the radiant current of Love flow through me in blessing to my creative field of service.
Beautiful wisdom, Lana, thank you! And I love your crystalline angel wings in your photo. Right, it’s easy to be all-in when things are going my way. It’s another to remain all-in when things aren’t. But when I stay committed to the tone of life, I’m just Being, and I’m too busy playing my part to judge.
