This Week’s Quotation:

If you want to be a true and effective leader for your creative field, you must warm the waters of your world by allowing blessing to flow through you.

If you look at the people in your world and wonder why they are having a hard time, why they are living an unfulfilled life, why they are not living in creativity, think about this: They may be missing the warmth of the sun on their waters. And they might need you to help them feel that. Show compassion to your creative field. Give the warmth of your sun.

Leaders of Light

Gary Goodhue,
Spiritual Teacher, Workshop Leader

Do the people of our world need us to fix them? No, absolutely not. Do they need us to love them? Yes.

At some level, no one needs anything from another. Each one is directly connected to Spirit, and all needs are provided for. At another level, the provision of those needs moves through the physical in order to impact our human experience. Spirit moves through people. And all people need love.

An expression of love shouldn’t be guided by what we think it should look like, but more by our feeling of what is fitting. There is a source within us which is Love, holds the wisdom of Love, and the light of Love. Asking the question and listening within provides a space of stillness and silence where the answer can be perceived. Love moves with a feeling. That feeling should be our guide, not our ideas about leadership and service.

Leadership is service—service to something greater than self, and service to those who assist in bringing forth a vision. A leader of light has Love’s wisdom guiding their expressions of thought, word, and deed, which naturally brings a blessing.

Our world does need more love. We can join in the search for love outside ourselves or find it within ourselves and become a source of it within our world. As more of us do this, becoming leaders of light and beacons of love, we usher in the spiritual regeneration of humanity. Inwardly responding to love and guidance within and outwardly radiating love unconditionally to our world.

What does it mean to become a sun?

Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

One Response

  1. You have hit the nail right on the head, Gary. We are not searching for love outside of ourselves but bringing it from the infinite reservoir of Love from within. We were made to do this, and as we do it consistently the body of humanity cannot avoid regeneration. Good to be doing this vital spiritual work with you!
