This Week’s Quotation:
It takes courage to love. Your love might not be returned by the person to whom it is offered. You might even be ridiculed for the way you love. It takes courage to love anyway.
It takes courage to be yourself—to embrace your own humanity, perhaps broken and imperfect as it is. To embody and express who you are and let the world know you—that takes real courage.

Love Is Who I Am

Love isn’t something we do. It’s who we are. It lives at the core of our being, waiting to move through us into the world. When we hold back our love out of fear or pride, we’re not protecting ourselves—we’re blocking the very flow of life that sustains us.
To love courageously is to remember that love doesn’t depend on how it’s received. It’s not a trade or a transaction. Love simply radiates, like sunlight—it shines because that’s its nature.
Loving anyway, even when it’s uncomfortable or misunderstood, keeps us connected to what’s real. It breaks through walls of self-protection and softens the edges where fear has taken root. It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.
Sometimes love asks us to stay open when we want to shut down. Sometimes it calls us to forgive when it feels easier to walk away. And sometimes it’s simply letting the warmth of our being touch the world through small acts of kindness, words of truth, or the way we listen.
Every time we choose love, we come back into alignment with who we really are. Because at the end of the day, that’s the truest thing about us.
Love is who we are.
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

Every time we choose love, we come back into alignment with who we really are. Because at the end of the day, that’s the truest thing about us.
Love is who we are.
Beautiful, hopeful, caring – thank you Lana!!!
How true these words are, Lana: Every time we choose love, we come back into alignment with who we really are. And eventually our body, heart and mind will get the message that, yes, this is who I am and what I’m here to bring. I so love the way you bring it!
