This Week’s Quotation:

Does it sound strange to think that different parts of you are in relationship? It is happening all the time at a physical level. The stomach talks to the brain and the adrenal glands send messages to the rest of the body through the bloodstream. Sit down and have a talk with your physical body one day. See what it tells you. Or have a conversation with your emotional body. Open up to the spiritual within you, to the source of your generosity. You might be surprised to hear what it is telling you.

Practical Telepathy

Gary Goodhue,
Spiritual Teacher, Workshop Leader

Have you ever had an experience of telepathy? We imagine telepathy to be the ability to read the mind of another person. Actually, it is simply the ability to engage in the communication of information without direct vocal articulation.

Information exists everywhere. At a vibrational level, every thought and feeling expresses itself in the auric field of a person and can be sensed and sometimes even observed. The body itself holds all kinds of information about its physical experience that can be received and known by giving it your awareness and attention. We can feel into the vibrational field of our emotional body and perceive information about what’s happening in the heart. We can also communicate with our own higher self and the higher angelic realms to receive wisdom that can show up as a voice in the mind or a sense of direct knowing.

Exercising stillness in the mind and openness in curiosity allows for these channels of communication to be perceived. When a person begins to give their attention to listening to different aspects of ourselves, it may seem that we are just imagining what messages may come through. As a person begins to trust themselves and their ability to listen at a vibrational level, they find that the answers are there as soon as they are willing to ask the question and deeply listen.

Try it for yourself. Listening to the communication that comes from your own capacities is always available and the best practice to develop the ability to communicate with others in the invisible.

What does it mean to become a sun?

Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

  1. Great title, tone, spirit and author (go, Gary!) And I also highly recommend the BECOMING A SUN class, books, articles, and on-line Primal Christianity course publicized on this site. Aloha from Oahu, Tom C.

  2. I think we are all engaging in the telepathy you describe, Gary, 24 hours a day. But I find I need to sort out the “voices” I hear so that I’m paying primary attention to what is Higher rather than to the shadowy and often seductive eruptions of the subconscious mind.
