This Week’s Quotation:

“A creative mental attitude opens us up to our natural vibration and rhythm. It invites that power emanating from deep inside us to move in our experience. Do you think that power might have an impact on our emotional realm?”

Returning to Our Natural Rhythm

So many people are exhausted from running at a pace that isn’t natural. We weren’t designed to live disconnected from our own rhythm. We were designed to move with life, not against it.

There is a natural rhythm moving inside each of us. It’s already present, waiting to be felt and trusted.

A creative mental attitude isn’t about being artistic or forcing positive thoughts. It’s about openness. It’s a willingness to soften the mind and allow life to move from the inside out, rather than trying to control everything from the outside in.

When we relax the mental grip we often carry, something deeper begins to move. A quiet power emerges—a natural vibration that knows how to guide us, not through effort, but through alignment. This inner movement has a profound effect on our emotional life.

Emotions don’t need to be managed or fixed. They respond naturally when we come back into rhythm with ourselves. As inner pressure eases, emotional intensity often softens. Clarity becomes more available. We feel less reactive and more present, even when life remains challenging.

This is not about escaping emotion. It’s about allowing a deeper intelligence to organize our experience from within. When we trust that inner movement, emotions find their proper place. They become signals rather than obstacles.

Returning to our natural rhythm is a gentle act of self-honesty. It’s choosing to listen instead of push. And in that listening, something essential begins to flow again, bringing us back into harmony with ourselves and with life.

What does it mean to become a sun?

Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.
