The Embodied Torus
There is a saying that goes like this: ”What goes up must come down.”
Cosmic energy moves in a toroidal pattern, and so does human energy. This beautiful dance of energetic movement is the formula for power at any level. What goes up must come down.
The dynamics of the torus reflect the natural process of our living into our spiritual journey. The central core, containing the energetic geometry of the torus, maintains this flow of something powerful ascending out of the core and then being returned to the core, where it is magnified and fuels the continuous generation of the central flame through its descending currents.
Likewise, our ascending spiritual currents emerge from the core of our Self and expand into an ever-brighter light of spiritual awareness. With gravitational precision, that radiance is naturally returned to the core to expand even further as it descends and extends out through us into our world. This is the formula for spiritual power!

What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.
