This Week’s Quotation:
The spiritual body is the place in which people entertain what is possible in their life. It is the capacity to believe that something wonderful and creative could occur. As the spiritual body in a person is activated that faith in what could occur in a person’s life leads to a sense of abundance and generosity…
People’s capacity to love in a generous way is born from their spiritual body. It might be a love of the world in which a person lives and the people in it. It can include the love of family, community, or an organization. For some, it might be a love for the whole world. It is also the capacity to love one other person, or even oneself in a generous, compassionate way.
When you understand that you have a never-ending source of the universal power of love within you, then, in the atmosphere of understanding, your mind, your body, and your emotions learn to make that connection.

The Generosity of the Never-Ending Source of Love

This is a gift ready for the taking. When we open up to that never-ending source of the universal power of love, we begin to realize that our generosity begets more of that experience. As we are generous, allowing the flow of that power of love through us, we know it more intimately and want to share it. We understand it is our own to give and to share.
As we entertain what is possible in our lives from this perspective, more brings more, we touch the possible and begin to know more confidently that we are creators creating. How different it is to create from a place of never-ending love than out of lack or self-centered motivation. This reminds me of the story in the bible of sharing the loaves and fishes. Generosity brought more, and something wonderful happened.
I recall a time when I was really tired and became certain I had nothing to give into a situation—nothing creative anyway! I turned my attention to that never-ending source of love and suddenly became wise and energized. More was moving through me when I thought there was nothing left to give.
May we stay open to what is possible—open to that source of love so that we discover the more in our own experience of generosity.
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

I take inspiration for your words, Jane: “May we stay open to what is possible—open to that source of love so that we discover the more in our own experience of generosity.” And I appreciate your story about being exhausted and reaching out for more — which proved available from spirit. May I always remember this even in what seems the “darkest hour.” God hasn’t gone anywhere no matter what the circumstance. Spirit is generous — if I am spirit, can’t I always be generous … no matter if I feel depleted. well said. Love, Always, Tom
Generosity is one of the finest qualities of Divine character. It is sad to see our new government closing down AID (the Agency for International Development) and other agencies and services, moving in effect from being a generous nation to a nation where everything must serve the “national self-interest.”
