This Week’s Quotation:

Primal spirituality brings people to an experience of their own power and wisdom. That experience confirms for us that if anyone or anything has taken our freedom, it is because we have given it up. “Any true teaching, and any true religion, is one that leads people to know the empowering truth within them and within all Creation.

True Wisdom and Power

Many years ago, I sat at brunch with my aunt, wrestling with a troubling family situation. Feeling powerless, I poured out my frustrations. Afterward, she handed me a copy of The Secret, and reading it was like seeing my reflection for the first time. I realized how much of my energy I had given to fear and negativity, creating outcomes I didn’t want.

That wake-up call sparked a transformation. I began practicing mindfulness, affirmations, and consciously manifesting the life I desired. For the first time, I felt I had control over what I was creating.

But as my journey deepened, I sensed a greater calling—the source of life itself. I began asking questions like, “God, what would You have me do today?” and “How can I serve the highest outworking of life?” Reclaiming my power was transformative, but orienting it toward the divine within me was life-changing and came with a deep sense of purpose.

This is where primal spirituality became an essential ally. Primal spirituality expands our capacity to anchor our divine identity into everyday life. It helps us recognize the sacred creative energy within us—an energy designed not only for personal growth but for bringing light and healing to the world.

When we anchor in this truth, we shift from reacting to life to creating with purpose. We reclaim our power and align with the intelligence of life itself, allowing our divine nature to shine through all we do.

This journey taught me that our creative energy is sacred and meant to align with the wisdom of the Creator. When we attune to it, we find guidance, fulfillment, and a way of living authentically in service to life’s greater unfolding.

What does it mean to become a sun?

Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

  1. Your blog, Lana, beautifully describes the movement from reaction (to externals) to response to the Source of Love and Wisdom within us. And I can’t be content with just getting myself spiritually together. I am here for world service, as I think these words from your blog bring out: “an energy designed not only for personal growth but for bringing light and healing to the world.” THANK YOU!

  2. For me….’reclaiming the personal power I have given up to fear’ really spoke to me and also as Jerry has mentioned…“an energy designed not only for personal growth but for bringing light and healing to the world.” WOW!! and THANK YOU!

  3. My spiritual journey began about 25 years ago. Crying, defeated and helpless I begged God to speak to me in a language i could understand. The response i got was, ” my son, you were born with the ability to understand my universal language. Like any other language, all you need to do is practice it.” What I discovered is that the language grows deeper and more nuanced the more I use it. This language has been spoken for an eternity, available to all and can be used universally. My obligation today is to live that truth in all my affairs. My reality is, I can always improve and there is no finish line.

  4. Lana – this was a beautiful opening to all of those who have opened it and witnessed thus far. Thank you. Reading your story and the stories of those who have joined in is such a clear blessing to us all. How deeply fortunate we are to have each other Enfolded.

  5. So beautifully put!!! Thank you!!!
