This Week’s Quotation:

Masculine and feminine dynamics are constantly at work. Thought is affecting emotion and emotion is affecting thought.. And when people are open to the spirit of love within them, it is affecting both thought and feeling. All of this motivates the overt physical action of the individual.

Courageous Dynamism

Before I consciously began my spiritual exploration, I grabbed and clawed at my world for selfhood, love, excitement, and purpose—all the things that I now know are vivaciously flowing through me.

I’ve learned that when I pause and take in this breath, opening my heart and mind to the unconditional love that flows through every moment, a knowing that all is and will be well. I may seem crazy or highfalutin, but it has been my experience if and when I choose to tap into it.

The other day, in the midst of intensity, I realized my thoughts and feelings were about to explode into overwhelm. I took a deep breath and paused—sinking deeply into my breath. I could then feel the love within me by acknowledging my thoughts and feelings without judgment. I could feel the love that was behind the overwhelm.

Excitement for bringing love into what was before me became my mission, my adventure. Grace and clarity washed over me amid the uncertainty that all is well and will be well if I am steady in the unfoldment of the journey before me, continuing to bring the fullness of the dynamism within.  What a fantastic opportunity!

It all becomes lighter. The burdensome fears and self-doubt are removed. This gives space for the divine masculine and feminine party that’s going on within to come outshining through our unique human capacities like a unique color on an awesomely funky brush!

Let’s have a painting party and enjoy the creation of this journey called life together!

What does it mean to become a sun?

Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.
