Infants don’t have to work to be in that flow. For them, it doesn’t have to be practiced or studied. It is just how they are. This flow is the primal energy for a person, in the sense that it is the first energy experienced and it is the root energy behind all the rest of a person’s experience. What do you have in your life that takes you back to your primal flow?
The events of everyday life are an opportunity to reconnect with it. Especially when we remember it is not just that there are things that have to get done. Those tasks are an opportunity to deepen the primal creative flow.
Relationships with people are not just a necessity or a means to an end. They can be a way to celebrate our innocence and the flow of life. Sure, that flow goes deeper with some than others. But any interchange with another human being is an opportunity for the current to move.
Or you could set up a time that is specifically intended to let a stream of deeper feeling open up.
Do you have anyone in your life who reminds you to reconnect with your primal flow? Who tells you to get any blocks out of the way and let the tide of life rise? Just in case you don’t, that’s what I’m saying now.
You need more than a vacation or a rest. You need a resurgence of your deeper flow. Call it love, call it energy, call it passion, call it life. Open up the floodgates. Get over any anxious thoughts or disturbing feelings. Let it rip.
Tell the world you love it. Tell the people in your life that you are here for this. That you are here for them.
OK. This is getting good now. Go for it!
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

So good to be with you in this flow, David. I play beautiful music here in the mail room at Sunrise Ranch during the day and it helps to keep me in a creative flow, along with greeting the “angels” who come in for their mail and packages.
Letting love radiate – without concern for results – including not expecting apologies, or demonstrations of caring – but totally freely!!!
