The Heart of the Matter
How often have you heard someone speak about their heart saying one thing and their mind saying something else? You might have experienced that yourself. This state of inner confusion can bring turmoil, hesitation in our actions, and relationships that may feel difficult, that never seem to land in a place of comfort and shared wonder.
To the degree that our heart or our mind are not centered in the Truth of Love, it can feel like we are aimless nomads, wandering through a desert without a clear direction, each one lost in our own private desert without respite, without partnership, like “a stranger in a strange land” (Exodus 2:22, KJV).
“Your heart belongs to the Sun—to the radiant center of your Being.” And there is the heart of the matter. As we turn to our own North Star, the radiant center of our Being, the light of that sun illuminates our capacities, and the liberation of Love is known and can be shared with others.
Here is the peace and the blessing that is our birthright as we walk together through the garden of life. Let us turn to our inner sun, that its light may bring upliftment through our heart as we walk in harmony within ourselves and with one another.
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.
It became clear to me many years ago that I am basically a mind-oriented person. If my heart and emotional realm begin to wander off the path, my Guardian Angel Mind simply guides them back into resonance with the Truth of Who I AM. Maria your article brings such a great blueprint. When my heart and mind are out of balance & saying different things. I am not recognizing the sun energy that is flowing within me and connecting me to the universal love that is the truth of my being and the purpose for living my life to realize our truth together bigger than me bigger than all of us but available to be shared with one another. My part is just simply to align all my capacities to the flow of this energy of the sun within me. thanks so much for your carity on what is such an essential practice to living life full out together!
