This Week’s Quotation:
“There is a way you are meant to function, so that your conscious mind is playing its role in opening up to the vibration of what’s emanating from your core–in opening up to the true cause for all creation, including your own life. This is what opens you to the experience of fusion with the spiritual aspect of your Being. Knowing that fusion, you are bringing the power of fusion to your world.”

From the Inside Out

So much of my life has been lived from the outside in.
Something happens. Someone says something in a certain tone. Plans change. And before I even realize it, my thoughts and feelings have reorganized themselves around whatever is coming toward me. I brace, I adjust, I smooth things over. The world out there becomes the place I start from. Sound familiar?
But there is another way to live.
Beneath all that noise, something is already stirring in you. A pulse. A soft nudge. A quiet knowing that doesn’t come from the world, but from the deepest part of who you are. Your conscious mind doesn’t have to create it, only to grow quiet enough to notice it.
So the invitation is to become still, listen inward, and turn toward the source of your Being.
And when you feel that inner nudge, meet it with your yes. Yes to what’s true. Yes to what is quietly asking for room. Yes to the life that is already reaching to express itself through you.
Then let it take shape.
Maybe it becomes the right word at the right moment. A creative idea you’ve been circling. A hand placed kindly on someone’s shoulder. A brave choice. A more loving way of meeting the person in front of you. Something unseen becomes seen because you let it rise from your core and move all the way through.
This is what it means to live from the inside out.
As the human and the Divine come together, that fusion doesn’t stay within you. It moves outward into your world.
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

Thank you Lana
I was able to read this to my son here this morning, and he like it too ! Yay.
Living from the inside out is Living and Walking the Beauty Way for me too,
Thank you for our time at Sunrise Ranch, much love, Anne-Lise
This is so beautifully put and so important. If you ever have the opportunity to experience life from the inside when suddenly the outside is making no sense at all – for whatever reasons – embrace this message with all of your heart.
The very act of noticing that I’ve done or started doing something from the outside in tells me that I’m back inside, living outward again.
Thank you.
Given all of the conflict, confusion and chaos that we observe in the outer world created by dysfunctional human culture it is easy to slip into entanglement with all of that. As you indicate, Lana, the only way to live a truly creative and constructive life is from the inside out, governed by the Truth of Love at the core of Being.
