This Week’s Quotation:
“The cross of life symbolizes the spiritual at the head of the vertical beam. This is God the Possible in the heaven of our Being. In our bodies, the spiritual is located in the crown chakra, which comes to focus in the pineal gland. God the Possible crosses through God the Means, symbolized by the horizontal beam of the cross. The vertical axis is fused with the horizontal axis in our life in our heart chakra, brought to focus in the thymus gland and the physical heart.
God the means is human consciousness – the continuum of thought and feeling. Consciousness that is open to the spiritual welcomes that reality into the physical dimension of human experience, symbolized by the foot of the vertical beam of the cross. The physical dimension is God the Manifest.”

The Cross of Life

What if the pattern represented by the cross is a cosmic hologram?
A hologram contains the pattern of the whole within each part. In this way, the human being might be understood as a microcosm of the larger creative order, or a unique focalization of the same intelligence, energy, and spirit moving throughout the universe.
We experience this naturally through our four primary capacities of spirit, mind, heart, and body.
Spirit connects us with the invisible source of possibility. Mind gives that possibility thought, direction, and conscious awareness. Heart brings feeling, love, and relational substance. Body provides the physical means through which the invisible becomes visible.
Within this living system are the chakras, which are seven centers through which spiritual energy may be received, differentiated, and expressed. These subtle centers can be correlated with the endocrine glands, providing an intriguing bridge between invisible energetic function and physical form.
From crown to root, there is a movement from the invisible toward manifestation. Yet there is also a returning cycle that moves from physical experience through feeling and thought toward spiritual awareness.
We stand within both currents, up and down or in and out. This is the holographic wonder of being human.
God is not merely somewhere beyond creation. The pattern of creation is present with us and within us. God the Possible moves through God the Means to become God the Manifest.
And through an awakened human being, the invisible has the opportunity to become visible—Spirit embodied, Love expressed, and God revealed.
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.
