Critical Mass

This Week’s Quotation:

How do you achieve critical mass for fusion for the creative field in which you work? That creative field has many dimensions to it. It is the physical space in which you live, including your own body. It is the network of relationships you have with other people. It is the money that flows through your bank account, and it is the projects you undertake. We reach critical mass when we have manifested a viable, growing energetic form in the middle of our creative field. The critical mass is not the form alone but also the dynamism of that form. There is a time in the life of every creative field for critical mass to be attained; a time when the creative power that is bursting through that field—and everyone in it—has to be embraced.

That question I asked in my book revisits me today.

How do you achieve critical mass for fusion for the creative field in which you work?

People tend to go spinning off in so many directions that it sometimes seems impossible for them all to come together—to get something done, coordinate a project, or just enjoy time together for a social event.

I’ve come to know through experience that achieving fusion among people isn’t easy under any circumstances. For one thing, no matter what you do, you can’t know what choices everyone else is going to make.

Here is the key. Be the unifying element in your field. That means knowing for yourself the very essence of what your field is and what everyone in that field has in common.

If you want to bring fusion in your family, be the very essence of who your family is. If you want to bring your organization together, be the very essence of your organization. The same is true for community, for country, or any other association of people.

For any field to achieve fusion, at least one person has to embody the essence that you share in common. And then relentlessly express and embody that essence no matter what happens.

If you do, you have the opportunity to strike a chord within another person. They might feel that unifying quality that runs deep in their own soul.

That unifying element for your field is a fractal expression of the unifying element of all fields—Universal Love. It holds a mysterious depth and the gravity it takes to bring fusion to the field.

Just ask the sun.

What does it mean to become a sun?

Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

One Response

  1. There is no judgement in the unifying field. The field is open to let those in my field to open to their possibilities. This comes in receiving, fully, those who come, to listen, and hear and give accordingly, that they may have their experience to shine as the sun.
