This Week’s Quotation:
The body of humanity is currently living in a negative energy field. In that sense, there is a dark cloud, and that dark cloud of negative energy has been generated over millennia. It has been fed by the words and actions of people, born out of all kinds of unwholesome spirits—the spirits of hate and fear and all that is born from them. The residue of all those words and all those actions, all that expression on that basis, is a dark cloud. It is the negative side of our collective karma.

Most people are in touch with that cloud without even knowing it. They don’t realize that this cloud has descended into their emotional body and affected their thinking. So unwittingly, people all over the world tend to express themselves from out of that cloud, having received the energy of it into their experience.
The Cloud of Light
Today, we are facing the dark cloud of negative energy that has hung over humankind throughout history. The tyrants of this day did not create it, nor did the imbalanced individuals who fall prey to it. The historical record makes it clear that the dark cloud hanging over humankind has been present for a long time. In the end, we, as the body of humanity, have to own it as our collective creation.
At the same time, there is something else that hovers over us, waiting to be fully owned and embraced by us all. There is a cloud of light. It has been generated by our highest hopes and dreams and by the words and deeds of the noblest among us. It is full of the Buddha’s realization, Abraham’s vision, and Jesus’ words of love and compassion. It carries Nelson Mandela’s forgiveness and Mother Mary’s love.
This cloud of light was generated, too, by common people of uncommon devotion to others and by inspired artists, musicians, and dancers who were mediums for love and instruments of light. It contains their highest dreams and their deepest prayers.
So on what appears to be a day of reckoning for the world, we are called to take responsibility for what we have created and choose the cloud of light as our reference point. It tells us who we are. It contains our spiritual DNA and the seeds of possibility for our collective future.
What does it mean to become a sun?
Every human being is already a sun on the inside—a being of intense love and light. The difference is that some people have the vision and courage to become a sun on the outside. This difference is our human destiny.

David – this is such a beautiful reminder that we are a part of the All – the Good, the Bad and the Ugly – we input into that Field with every thought and action – and the more we remember that we are a Sun – and remember to shine our light always as a part of the Light – the best energy will Rise…
Somehow I am deeply thrilled that we are here now to make the changes in ourselves and the entire world. We have responsibility to bring ourselves as a body of man and womankind back to our Creator, and forgiveness, a making right of our relationship with the all that is.
Let us cultivate and nurture those seeds of possibility as we go about our daily affairs.
David, Beautiful words of understanding and possibility. The dark cloud isn’t personal and still we can transform it by our consistent choice to be a voice for the light, to bring the spirit of love into the world
